How do I book a service?
Download the Rayyanh app, post your request with the service, time, and place, and receive offers from providers. Compare, accept the offer you like, and you're booked.
Can I choose who delivers the service?
Absolutely. You see each provider's profile: her experience, past work, client ratings, and even her social media accounts, and you choose the one you're comfortable with.
Where are the services delivered?
To your home or any place you choose within covered Saudi cities. You set the place and time.
How do I pay?
After the service is complete: by card inside the app, or in cash directly to the provider. The price you agreed with the provider is the basis, and any platform fees are clearly announced inside the app.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancelling before the service starts is easiest; if the provider has started or is on her way, the team contacts her first. Reach the Rayyanh team and we'll walk you through it.
When am I eligible for a refund?
Payment on Rayyanh happens after the service is complete, so there's usually no prepaid amount. If you were charged for a service that didn't complete, or a payment glitch occurred, the finance team reviews it and refunds arrive within up to 3 business days depending on your bank.
How do I join as a provider?
Download the Rayyanh provider app and register an Individual or Business account, then add your services and prices. The account goes through review and activates once your details are complete, and you start receiving requests.
What's the difference between Individual and Business accounts?
Individual: a single account that receives requests, makes offers, and manages its balance, available to Saudi citizens. Business: for salons and companies, who can add staff members (citizens or residents) while financial management stays with the main account.
What does the platform cost me?
You set your own prices, and your service price is added to your wallet after the service is completed and paid by card; cash payments you receive directly. Any platform fees or commission are clearly announced inside the app.
When do I get paid?
Your balance accumulates in your wallet, and transfers to your bank account happen within 24 hours on request or automatically at the end of each week. An IBAN certificate on your account is required.
Can I set my own schedule and prices?
Fully. You decide when you work and for how much, you can propose a different time and adjust your offer's price even after submitting it, and you can pause receiving requests anytime from the app.
Are my location and data protected?
Your home location is never shown to anyone; only your work area (city) appears, while you see the client's address to deliver the service. Your national ID is requested only to confirm registration is by a real person inside the Kingdom.
Who can join the Partners program?
Influencers and content creators, training and beauty institutes, salons and boutiques, and women's communities. If you have a female audience that trusts you, the program is for you.
How do I earn?
Once your application is approved, a personal referral code is issued for you. Every signup that comes through your code counts for you, with rewards per the program's published commission and reward terms.
